SYNAPSE NEUROMONITORING, INC
Synapse Neuromonitoring, Inc. is a dynamic, rapidly growing intra-operative Neuromonitoring company providing high quality Neuromonitoring services in a cost-effective manner. Intra-operative neuromonitoring services have increasingly become standard-of-care for a wide range of surgical procedures in specialties including but not limited to: brain, spine, vascular, and ENT. Synapse uniquely recognizes the importance of the Surgeon/Neuromonitorist relationship and that more effective neuromonitoring occurs when expectations are in place and do not change from one monitored case to another. Synapse, therefore, dedicates specific smaller monitoring teams to each region requesting Neuromonitoring. Subsequently, the surgeon enjoys the experience of familiarity with the staff that monitors cases for him. Synapse Neuromonitoring is currently providing Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Services to hospitals and Medical Centers throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. IONM Reduces complication rates in many different surgical procedures in multiple disciplines. IONM provides reassurance to surgeons during high risk cases and affords for improved surgical outcomes, often allowing surgeons to extend the limits of surgery for maximal repair/correction. IONM also provides reassurance to patient’s families that their loved ones are being cared for in the most effective manor. IONM provides the surgeon with warning of impending injury to Neural systems. Early warning allows for evaluation of variable tolerance limits of each patient individually. Significant advances in multi-monitoring modalities and in the sophisticated equipment available for IONM monitoring, provide the surgeon with an invaluable combination of sensory and motor information from both peripheral and central nervous systems. Synapse Neuromonitoring is looking for self motivated, highly adaptable individuals who can think quickly on their feet and are able to effectively communicate in a dynamic, ever-changing work environment.
