Bio: "Associate professor in the Ecobiop Research Group at the Université de Pau & des Pays de l'Adour (France) I work on the reproductive ecology of some diadromous fishes (salmon, trout, shad, lamprey), trying to observe it as much as possible in natural settings, and to make sense of possible links between individual phenotype and mating successes".

Sara Brownell

Sara Brownell is a Professor in the School of Life Sciences at Arizona State University whose research focuses on how to create more inclusive undergraduate science learning environments.  She completed her B.S. in Biology at Cornell University, her M.S. in Biology at the Scripps Research Institute, and her M.A. in Education and Ph.D. in Biology, both from Stanford University. As a neuroscientist turned discipline-based education researcher, she has published over 100 papers, received multiple national research awards and university-wide teaching awards, and is the proud recipient of the national LGBTQ+ Educator of the Year Award.
